Hi

I seem to be missing something here but I have created my first new skin. In this skin I have a vertical SOLPARTMENU  in the left content pane. I started with the DNN blue skin and have modified it to achieve the look and feel that I want.

The problem is that I just can't seem to get any control over the SOLPARTMENU.

In my Skin.xml file I have placed the following (just as a test)..>  <Object>
    <Token>[SOLPARTMENU]</Token>
    <Settings>
    <Setting>
      <Name>display</Name>
      <Value>vertical</Value>
    </Setting>
      <Setting>
        <Name>forecolor</Name>
        <Value>#cc0000</Value>
      </Setting>
      <Setting>
        <Name>backcolor</Name>
        <Value>#cc0000</Value>
      </Setting>
    </Settings>
  </Object>

but the menu still has the blue look and feel of the DNN Blue skin

I have tried a range of options but I just can't get any control over the menu look and feel.

Is the menu style set in the 'skin.xml' file or do I have to set this up in the .css file? If I do that how do I point the system to the .css classes?
