Hi,

Does the module work on localhost? I have enabled it in host settings as well as in the scheduler. When I logout of the host user account I can still see the host indicated in Online Now and People Online even after waiting for more than a minute and refreshing. Also tried hard refreshing if that helps.

Don't see a follow-up to this but I am experiance the above issue as well. The scheduler is firing ok, no exceptions being logged but no matter what when a user leaves the site they are not purged, and keeps the UOL count artificially high.

Hi Ronald,

go to host/host settings and expand other settings. Users Online Time is what controls this. You could set the time lower to force their removal sooner. Currently this is what controls when they are removed. Making this happen when a user logs out has been added as a enhancement in gemini as DNN-10084

Hi Dave -

I have all my settings set properly. We are using DNN 4.9.1. The schedule for purge users online is set. In host settings, other settings, the interval is set to 1 minute. I still don't see any users online. The tables are not getting populated with data. Any other things to check?

Since upgrading to DNN 5, the "Online now" has never displayed anything.

None of the suggestions or settings in this entire post has helped.  The scheduler is on and running, timer mode set, "Users online" enabled etc.

Is there anything else that could be interfering with this?
