My site is running slow at startup.  I believe I understand the concept of KeepAlive, but how do you run it?  I see the KeepAlive.aspx file in my main folder.  But, how do I utilize it?  Or, do I have to get an outside service to somehow hit it? (I hope not.)

I'm a newb, so any help would be greatful.

There are a number of ways. You can get an outside site such as Host Tracker to hit your site or if you know of a computer that's always on you can leave the browser pointing to http://yoursite.com/keepalive.aspx.

Thanks for the info.  I have a follow up question.

Is there any local way to set this up so that a user does not have to be logged in?  My server cannot be hit by the services available on the www and I would prefer not to have a computer always logged on with a browser up.

Thanks
