I rencelty installed DNN 4.6.2 on a server that has never had DNN installed on it before.  install worked fine, but any portal i create after the initial one does not allow the images in the portal folder to be displayed.. they are all jsut red x's...  am i missing something?  anyone ever have this issue?  permissions on the DotNetNuke folder and all subfoldersing and files incluiding the files iin the portal folder have the Network Services full control on it... so..  help?

ok... so after some investigation i have determined that any portal that is not being created with the Home Directory named as Portals/[PortalID] (that is, if you customize the name of the path to anything else, even if it is just a different folder name) the images will not display.  when you allow the portal to be created using the Home Directory named as Portals/[PortalID] it works fine.  I hev uninstalled and resintall DNN completely including the DB and there is no change.  looks like a bug.
