Hi All,
On a new site I'm building, my company wants Events modules on multiple pages. On the home page will be a Master version, while on other pages there will be other Events modules that only show section specific events. Can I set these up so that I can enter all my events into the Master instance, and then based on categories (or some other criteria) only show the applicable events in each of the sub-sections?

Based on my limited experience with the Events module, it seems that the Events module doesn't work this way. It appears that all Events need to be entered into their respective modules, and the Master module simply pulls from all the other modules. Is it just me, or does this seem a** backwards? Hopefully I have this wrong.

That's right. This approach is useful if the subcalendars are edited by different people (team leaders or so), who should not be able to have write accress to the other subcalendars. I see that the other way round can be be useful too, but AFAIK there's no way to do so, sorry!
