Hi, I'm hoping someone can help.

I have a global group in AD: PDWE-TimeSheetEntry ("Security Group - Global").

I have a role in DNN 4.06.02: PDWE-TimeSheetEntry

I put a test account in the AD global group, then logged onto my portal for the first time with that account.  It doesn't sync.

I have the correct info in the Authentication section, at least it finds my AD structure and gives me green text and "ok's".

I have "Synchronize Role?" checked.

I'm not sure how to proceed from here, I can't step through debug the Authorization piece anymore.

Any ideas?

Is the DNN Role under the Global Roles or is it a Role Group? I'm just clarifying because I've accidently created Role Groups instead of Roles.

It's a role.  I don't have anything in "Role Groups", except the default <Global Roles>.

My AD structure is such:

Forest Level

Domain Level

Org. unit

Group ("PDWE-TimeSheetEntry')
