I am using DNN 4.6.2 (new installation with about 5 parent sites on it now).  I have been loading modules and skins periodically but suddently I can not see any of the drop down menu while using my host account.  I can see all admin menu and sub menus and can see the host tab but no sub menu for host is available.

I have tried adding one space on the web.config file and still not working.  I changed skins also via the admin menu and also still not working.

Please, what else should I try?  I cant get on host from any site.

well, dont know why.  but after hours of looking I found the tab table was changed somehow.  I compared the sql tables with another 4.6.2 installation and found that the Host tab record had 2 fields which were different.  the first field that was different was the TabOrder field.  It has a 10033 value and the new 4.6.2 installation had 1.  so I changed it to 1.  the other field that was off was the EndDate field.  It had a value in it of up to year 2999.  I made that field Null like the other installation suggested.

do not know which change made it work.  but I do see the child menus now from the host parent menu.  so life is good!
