THe database items install when you isntall the Install.zip download via the module defintions upload area.

Thanks! But when i run 03.20.01.SqlDataProvider by Sql Query Analyzer allway had message "Syntax error or access violation". I don't know how do? Please help me!

You shouldn't be running this from Query Analyzer, there is no need.  If you do, however, you will have to search and replace the file for all {databaseOwner}{objectQualifier}.  The module installs these scripts during install, so again, there is no need to manually run this.
