  • 4.6.2

About:

  • A simple, FREE!, module that allows a DotNetNuke portal to place a YouTube™ video viewer on pages of a DotNetNuke website.
  • When I say SIMPLE, I mean REAL simple! Simple a single video player for any YouTube™ video
  • SVS YouTube™ Viewer module 

New Features:

  • Set Video Url in module settings by pasting in video Url from the YouTube video-->About this Video-->more...-->Url
  • Optionally set viewer width in Module Settings.
  • Optionally set viewer height in Module Settings.
  • Optionally set a bottom margin below the player in Module Settings.

NOTES:

  • Written completely in VB.NET.
  • No code or layout in .ascx files, all code generated dynamically (server controls).
  • Supports localization.
  • Source code and PA downloads available.

DISCLAIMER: This module was written completely by SVS without reference to any other available similar module. The functionality in this module was so simple that it literally took about 2 hours to code.

It's not free, but it is wonderful, just to let you know. I just buyed Mandeep Live Content module, it is one of the best I never seens (with Ventrian modules).
I am not paid or anything else to say this. Just see the demo, and you will be convinced (I have website dedicated to video, and for me, it is a MUST HAVE)

Agree. I'm also buying this today.

About the YouTube viewer, I suggest adding the List mode. Users can add multiple video link within a module instance for better view.

When I said it was simple, I meant it. 

I'll look into adding a list mode option after the upcoming release, thanks for the suggestion(s).

New Version:  4.7.1

New options include the same "customize" options available on YouTube for it's player:

  • Include/Don't include related videos
  • Viewer Custom Color Options
  • Show/Hide border

PA download is available on Snowcovered or on South Village Software. The Source package is available only on South Village Software.
