Do some searches on DotNetNuke Module development, you most likely need to develop a module for your application, or find an existing module that will fit your needs.

There is information all over the web on how to build modules for DNN

As a rule you should not use aspx files when working with DNN.

Instead you create your application as a set of ascx web controls inside a DNN MODULE.

These controls are then dynamically loaded by the dnn default.aspx web page.
