I have a website where I have an events Calender. I also have a set of users called Event Organisers who are able to edit the events calender. However the event organisers are all able to edit ALL the events in that calender, not just the ones they upload. How can I make it that user A can only edit things uploaded by user A and not also those things uploaded by user B.

Please tell me if this is possible? I don't see how I can do this in DNN. But then again, as my username says, I am a total noob at this :(

Thanks in advance.

AFAIK there is no way to do this with only one Events module, but I can imagine a workaround (as long as you have not to much event organisers):

Create one Events module for each organiser and and grant each organiser view and edit access to his/her module only. Then create a public Events module and make it a master calendar for the others (add the other modules in the master module's settings, "SubCalendars Settings" section).

Hope that helps!

I have the oppposite problem, I have added an events module to a page and given a user role view and edit permissions, but when one user adds an event no other user besides admin can edit this event. I may be doing something wrong -- please help.
