The exact error that the client gets is "There was an error opening the document. File cannot be found."

Try module caching method = Page instead of Memory

Not sure, but you may try it.

I now have more information.  When the user selects open, the document tries to open (only two document types are being used...pdf and word 2003 .doc).  Word and / or acrobat opens but throws an error stating that "This file cannot be found.  Try one or more of the following: *Check the spelling of the name of the document. *Try a different file name." (c:\..\fund_development_committee_min..)"

This last part of hte error is just the file name.  I use Word 2007 and have no problem with open.  I found out today that the download option works, the open option does not.  They can download and save but they cannot open directly from the web site.  It is as if the locally installed programs are looking for the document on the local C: drive instead of pulling the document from the website.

module caching method = page is not an option.  current setting is disk, the other option is memroy
