trying to install 4.07.00 on SQL server 2005

http://localhost/dnn_wthouse/Install/InstallWizard.aspx has been telling me it's installing for about 1 hour with the following error messages

Installing Database - Version 4.4.0...Upgrading Database to Version ERROR: See C:\inetpub\wwwroot\dnn_wthouse\Providers\DataProviders\SqlDataProvider\04.04.00.log for more information...FAILURE 400 - Conversion from string "ERROR: See C:inetpubwwwrootdnn_w" to type 'Integer' is not valid.

while waiting for it (i doubt it will ever finish) i check DotNetNuke.Scheme.Log

it's more than 5000 lines long and full of messages like

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Invalid column name 'PortalId'.
Invalid column name 'DesktopModuleId'.
   at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, Boolean breakConnection)
   at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.ThrowExceptionAndWarning(TdsParserStateObject stateObj)
   at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.Run(RunBehavior runBehavior, SqlCommand cmdHandler, SqlDataReader dataStream, BulkCopySimpleResultSet bulkCopyHandler, TdsParserStateObject stateObj)
   at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.RunExecuteNonQueryTds(String methodName, Boolean async)
   at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.InternalExecuteNonQuery(DbAsyncResult result, String methodName, Boolean sendToPipe)
   at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlCommand.ExecuteNonQuery()
   at DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider.ExecuteADOScript(String SQL)
   at DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider.ExecuteScript(String Script, Boolean UseTransactions)

create procedure dbo.DeletePortalDesktopModules

@PortalId        int,
@DesktopModuleId int

as

delete
from   dbo.PortalDesktopModules
where  ((PortalId = @PortalId) or (@PortalId is null and @DesktopModuleId is not null))
and    ((DesktopModuleId = @DesktopModuleId) or (@DesktopModuleId is null and @PortalId is not null))

i check the database, only to find that table PortalDesktopModules has a columns called PortalID and DesktopModuleID

the D is capital D !!!!!

to summarise, the log is over 5000 lines long full of such errors. the database collation is Latin1_General_BIN,  i.e., case sensitive.

I know how to fix all these errors. how do i contribute to this project?
