I have a client who (unknowingly) has done something with their login module and are now unable to log into their portal. There is a link on the home page to "login", which takes them to another page with a login control.  When they click on Login, it redirects but I keep getting this error in Firefox.

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

       *   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept
          cookies.

I have tried http://mydomain.com/?tabid=36&ctl=Login, but it still directs me to the login page and I still get the error.  Is there any way to fix this???  We can't seem to login at all.

Thanks!
Kristine Taylor
