I am testing DNN 4.6.2 in a corporate Intranet and we use AD Authentication.  My dilemma is that our users are either on the page or not.  There is no need to have a logout option.  But I am having a massive brain dump on where to turn this off if it is even possible to turn it off.

Thanks in advance for any responses to this post.

Dean

If there's no need to ever manually login then remove the [LOGIN] tag from your skin. Or you might be able to set its visibility to false though I've never tried this.

Mike,

Thanks for the quick response.  Being a complete newbie to DNN doesn't help much when trying to fish around and find something.   Where exactly do I find the [LOGIN] tag?

Thanks again,

Dean

[login] tag in the (uncompiled) HTML version of the skin gets replaced by the login link (displayed to unauthenticated users), with turns into a logout link for logged in users.

Sebastian,

I found the [LOGIN] tag in the (uncompiled) HTML version and what you say makes perfect sense.  So if I remove the [LOGIN] tag should that also remove the logout option?

Thanks

Dean
