Hi Everyone,

I have only just started playing with DotNetNuke and am very impressed so far.

I have one specific requirement that I want to be able to do in DNN, so I hope this is possible.  I have a hierarchy of information that I need to represent, such as:

  • Continenta
    • Country-a
      • County/State-a
        • Town-a
        • Town-b
      • County/State-b
        • Town-c
        • Town-d
      • County/State-c
    • Country-b
      • County/State-d
        • Town-e
      • County/State-e

Etc.

I want each entry on each level to have a profile, so information associated with it, with specific information.  Each level with have a defined taxonomy, which may be different for each level. Can I create a list that contains this hierarcy and then use some sort of navigation tool to show the sub-menu items and then define apage template for each level that populates the profile information on that template page?

Just to complicate things a little more, I want my users to be able to update the profile information.

If anyone has any information on how to get me going on this, I would be most grateful.

Thanks

Mark.
