I upgraded from 4.6 to 4.7. I can access my main portal, but when I click to go to settings on the admin bar as well as any other icon I get this error. When I try to go to my child portals I get this error. I can go to on of my child portals and aslo in that same child portal I can access the admin icons that I cannot in my parent portal. Any Ideas? I have tried the usuall fixes found within the forums.

Ok, I went to my one working child portal I went to the settings and changed the admin skin and container to not specified updated and now I get the abov e error. So this has something to do with skins. Any ideas?
