Hi,

I've installed dotnetnuke to my local box and I am in the process of developing a site for my client (they hit my box thanks to dyndns). Once they have signed it off I will need to deploy it to their hosting environment, is there an easy way to do this?

Also I'm running SQL 2005 and I've just found out that my clients hosting environment is SQL 2000, does dotnetnuke 4.6.2 use any of the new features in SQL 2005? can the database be depolyed easily as a previous version?

Cheers,
Phil.

for deploying DNN see http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Blogs/tabid/825/EntryID/1293/Default.aspx

if you develop on SQL 2005, you need to backup and restore on the target SQL 2000 server, DNN runs on SQL2000 with no limitations.

Cheers from Germany,
