Hello,

I have a vertical solpart menu in a left column on the website i'm creating. It displays perfectly in IE7 but Firefox and Safari display it with problems. For some reason, there is this huge gap between the last menu item and the items below it (some logos). I changed the CSS file to display the menu container with a grey background so I could see what's going on. The menu container is stretching vertically and forcing the whole page to elongate. This also creates a gap between the main content (to right of menu) and the footer of the page.

Is there a known issue with this? I have spent hours scanning my code checking to make sure all my tags are correct, closed, etc. I'm 99.9% sure it's the menu because I duplicated my skin file and removed the solpart menu entirely (the ONLY change I made). I then created a test page and applied the new skin to it. There were no problems with the new skin stretching the layout.

Any help is much appreciated, and of course enjoy your weekend!

Kurt

Remove height:100%; from .MainMenu_MenuContainer in the

Then remove height="100%"  from the table containing the solpart menu.

And you'll be set.
