I performed Export Template from a child portal in a DNN3 installation on a web server. After the export of the template, the message at the bottom of the page said "The Portal Template Has Been Created to C:\Inetpub\vhosts\...\templatename.template ".

1. That path does not exist on the local computer.

2. I cannot find that .template file on the web server.

Does anyone know where that template file went?

Bingo! There it is. Thanks. It would be good to get that message changed to reflect the actual location of where it puts the template file.

Thanks for referring me to that resource. I created a new issue for it there (didn't find it in a search).
