Hi,

I have several different areas I want to post blogs with different subjects.  I created one of them and added a main blog named "communication entries".  I have this in a restaurant area of our website.  Now I have a youth group area as well, and I want to post a "youth entries".  However when I try to add a blog it only lets me setup a child of "communication entries".  When I click "add blog entry" I must choose a parent blog of which only "communication entries" exists.

I want the restaurant page to show the communication entries, and I want the youth group page to show the youth group entires.  When I click on "Blog Module Options" there is a dropdown for Personal Blog Page, but it only includes "Communication Entries".  I did create a child of communication entries called youth entries, but that didn't show up in this dropdown.

I want to create a second partent just like "communication entries" and name it "youth entries", so it will show up in the dropdown for personal blog page so I can have each of these pages show the subjects I want.  I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

Thanks
James

Ok, I figured it out.  Only one blog per user, I needed to login as a different user, to create another parent blog.  However I have an issue with this.  When I login as "host" admin I seem unable to edit the blogs posted by other users.  I can't delete them unless I am logged in as them.  I want to remove some blogs posted by others, and must have that functionality as host, but dont see a way.

I also ran into an error, where all of a sudden I had about 1000 child blogs entered for every parent blog when doing an update.  I made permissions to create a new blog availble to "all users".  I went to the page without logging into the website and clicked to create a new blog.  It asked me all the information, and I clicked save.  It didn't create the new blog, but it did make a mess of everything by creating an endless loop of child blogs until memory crashed.

James
