Hi All,

Appreciate any help and thanks in advance...

I have enabled "Prevent Scheduled Event Conflict" in my settings but I am still able to create as many events with the same timings. My module is just a single standalone event without any link to other child event.

What could be wrong?? Thank you very much!!

HC

Hi

Try to replace one of the stored procedures. Perhaps this will help...

Follow my instructions here

Cheers

Hi Renato,

Thanks very much for your help. It works!

However now that my site does not allow conflicting events, it also would not allow any adjacent events (E.g. Event 1 from 9-9:30 and Event 2 from 9:30-10 --> I need to create Event 2 from 10-10:30!), I find it quite weird, but perhaps it could be workaround with some tweak to the stored procedures? Does anyone came across this situation? I had search the forum but didn't find any resolutions..

Thanks in advance!

Cheers
HC

Yes, you're right, I see the problem.

But to correct this, I think you have to modify the source code. The IsConflict-Function is in the file "EventController.vb".

Cheers
Renato

That's the last thing I want, as I had deployed the install package and not the source package...

In any way, I appreciate your prompt help.

Many thanks,
HC
