 i have something wrong when i install dnn 4.7 (vs 2005)!

   i can't install ,something go wrong  althought when i view out(ctrl+alt+o) it ;i ok!!the stage when i find Database and right click on it,i don't see "add new item" and sp on!!

 what wrong???

 ok the last,i want to find some videos about tuts to install the dnn  for vs 2005 like http://www.dnncreative.com/Tutorials/DNNTutorialsforBeginners/InstallDotNetNuke45toWindowsXPHome/tabid/339/Default.aspx

 please give me link to download it !!thanks alots
