The Move (up, down, left pane, right pane, etc) function does not work on installed modules in my DNN 3 installation.  This is an upgrade from 2.0.  Any suggestions as to a fix?  It is driving me crazy!

03-06-06:  I FOUND THE ANSWER!  In DNN3, if you allow your mouse pointer to hover over the TITLE of the module, it activates and outline on the module and you can then DRAG AND DROP the module wherever you want to on the page! --Thanks for all the replies.

Same problem with 4.0.2. The "Move" link is visible, but no sub-menu pops out.

It appears this was a problem using Deepnet Explorer (a browser application which sits atop Internet Explorer which uses tabs). If I use Internet Explorer (v6), I have no problems.
