Hi,

 I have a DNN site running under web farm, I make  the Portals folder as share folder which locate in the third machine, I user imperonate to access this folder.

the DNN site is running ok, but when I search my site in www.google.com, I good this wrong info.

Google use "DotNetNuke" instead of my page TITLE, also the content is the error message. I checked my Window user account have read amd write RIGHT.

I don't know what happened. I saw a lot of DNN sites having same problem. do someone know the problem and how to fix it?

A few things.

1.) it is possible that the site was indexed when you were installing or had an error, this might correct itself.

2.) For the use of DotNetNuke in the tile, ensure that in the host settings section that you have turned off "Show copyright credits"

Hi Mitch,

1. yes, when we set up web farm two months ago, we had some error. but web farm is running fine for last two months, how long does google index site again?

I am worried about some setting wrong in my web farm that cause above error message, I couldn't figure out the problem.

  2. I have already turned off "Show copyright credits".
