Some tiny arrows have suddenly appeared on my skin for some reason that escapes me.

They are only visible in firefox but not in I.E.

Anyone know why this is??

You can see this at http://caresys.co.uk/

I guess you're talking about the three little boxes above your content columns. These are iframes trying to hide themselves:
iframe width="0" height="0" src="http: // mn96.dns.gendistr.info / qualitytest /"

I don't know what's inside the iframe source, but it makes my virus scanner ring! It reports a virus called "Exploit.Iframe.Vulnerability.P". Maybe a false alarm, but I wonder what it's good for?

[EDIT:]
I just did a quick Google search about that "gendistr.info" domain in your iframe's source attribute, and found two rather disturbing links:
http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/theghostwriter.net/postid?p=564935 (McAfee Site Advisor)
http://www.betaone.net/forum/showthread.php?t=30228&page=2 (a forum called BetaONE)
Sounds like your server has been hacked!

[EDIT2:]
Good that Firefox doesn't allow completely invisible iframes!
