How do I install the verification tags to use Google's webmaster tools ?

this is the tag I need to add to the coding:

<meta name="verify-v1" content="ANmjXFLRFgu5ZCixh8sXREtk7AJbX82kW7fTfAE7OyY=" />

How do I get this tag to show in the head with the rest of the meta tags?  I have several clients that want to use the google tools on their sites, but I am lost as how to put the needed tags in.

Art - I verified via the "html file method" ... much easier, don't your think?
