I am looking for newsletter module.
So that i can send newsletter to members of the site and server does not gets blacklisted.
There are approximately 15000 members.

The choice of a newsletter module isn't going to affect whether your server is blacklisted.  SMTP configurations, DNS and the content of your mail will.  While I always suggest using a mass mail program for these, if you are going to use DNN find a newsletter module that doesn't use the internal DNN email scripting.  DNN is not the most efficient at sending mail.  Might look at www.interactivewebs.com.au/bulkemailer.

Hi. You might also check out our Opt In Email module.  The module includes many advanced features for email tracking, scheduling etc... IF you were worried about smtp blacklisting or anything you can schedule only 1000 per hour for example for 15 hours, or maybe even 200 per hour so that way it would take about 2 days for everyone to receive the newsletter but you wouldn't have to work about getting blacklisted etc...
