I think I discovered a bug using Repository 3.01.08 in DNN 3.22.

Upload your files via any of the skins that allow file uploads (except the directory skin).  The file size will correctly appear for all uploaded files.

I like the look of the directory skin so I switch to that one which is the only skin that will allow posting of URLs.  The resulting directory listing correctly shows all records with file sizes intact.  It even differentiates the download links by either putting DOWNLOAD or VISIT.

So far so good.

Now the bug.  Stay in the directory skin and edit any of the files that have a file size stated.  Press Upload in the edit screen and what do you see?  The file size is 0k.  It probably assumes the file you are uploading is a URL which is of course, 0k.

When using the directory skin, you must change the skin first before editing such files and then return back to the directory skin.

Am I correct in describing this quirk?

I'll take a look at the problem over the weekend Bob and will post back. Thanks for pointing it out.
