We are having a very weird scenario. We are currently using DotNetNuke 4.5.3 in a load balanced scenario. Everything has been working fine for us, but starting yesterday some users began having issues when they logged into their accounts. They can login, but once inside, as administrators, they cannot see any content (no modules appear, though the main template is visible as is the Admin tab). The SuperUser account still works. These accounts have stopped gradually. At first it was in the office that the accounts didn't work, but accounts being used (the same accounts) outside of the office do work. Now some accounts outside the office are slowly beginning to stop working as well.

Why this is extremely strange is b/c no changes were made to the implementation which has been running fine, and unregistered regular users can see the site just fine - but when logged in as an administrator one cannot see the modules much less edit them.

Respectfully,

David.

Ensure that the users haven't accidentally entered "Design" mode.  Have them click the "Design" link in the upper left section of the Control Panel.
