On my dev box, all of a sudden my DNN instance quit working - the site looks like it's going to come up, but it just sits there (for like over an hour). This was on a Source version of 4.5.3. So I got 4.07 (source version), smoked the database (dropped all tables, views, sprocs, and functions), built the source (in a different location from the previous version), changed IIS to point to the new directory, set the permissions fo the Network Servic and hit the website, and everything is looking good. I hit the site, the configuration wizard comes up, it goes thru the process, I go to hit the website, and........ nothing... EXACTLY the same behaviour as before. Any ideas? The site was working yesterday, and the wizard DOES come up and it passs all the tests.

Any ideas are appreciated.
