Okay, I have been using DNN for well over a year and have recently upgraded to 4.7. Things seem good.

But there is one feature that bugs the crapola out of me. I purchased a professionaly done template, implemented it. I have event modified it to what I need. What is killing me is the WYSIWYG editor. It simply isn't WYSIWYG. Now, I'm sure this is because of CSS, etc... I am by no means remotely close to a CSS person, but it seems overly complicated for what I want.

What is happening, is I use the editor, set font sizes, tables, H1's, Colors, set links, etc... It looks like exactly what I want, so I save it. Displaying it on the site however, looks completely different. I just want the ability to have my skin look exactly the same, but want to be able to create content for it, EXACTLY the way I want it to appear without getting modified. This is driving me nuts.

Yes, it's 'nice' because it keeps a consistant look for the site, but it sucks because I can't do what I want to do. Worse, the editor, doesn't display it the way it should look. So it's a complete shot in the dark trying to design stuff.

Here is the site in question: http://www.CareerDoor.com

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Anyways,

use extendes Editor options (beneath the editor window) and set the CSS option to be derived automatically from portal CSS (second option). Save for whole portal.
