Can anybody tell me how I can create my own rss feed for my DNN site ,thus others could add my rss link in their webistes?

you can enable rss feeds per module, by selecting the option "allow syndication" in the module settings. This only works for modules that support the core search functionality  (make sure you enabled the search indexer scheduled task in Host>Schedules). Some modules have their own rss implementation (like Blog and Forums).
