you'll need to add:

<Objects>
 <Object>
  <Token>[MENU]</Token>
  <Settings>
   <Setting>
                 <Name>display</Name>
                 <Value>horizontal</Value>
   </Setting>
    <Setting>
                 <Name>menualignment </Name>
                 <Value>justify</Value>
   </Setting>
  </Settings>
 </Object>
</Objects>
 

to your xml-file, which you'll need to upload along with your "skin.htm"l and your "skin.css"nicely wrapped up in one ZIP file.

This worked for me.
