Will the back round you applied in the site settings show up?  I went to file manager uploaded a backround, then site settings to display it.  It shows it but doesnt display it.  Thanks -smilk

The background does display.  Chances are, the skin you are using ( e.g. the DNN default skins ) have a background color specified in ( I think ) the body tag?  So your background is being overlayed is all.  You just need to use a skin ( or modify one ) such that the background will be visible.
