Tried to install the DNN4.8 version on dev machine on the same IIS and SQL where 4.7 is flying perfectly normal.

No matter what I do or try I keep getting the following error and it seems that most of the people trying 4.8 are getting the same as well (from the chat forum).

Guru's any idea what needs to be done to fix this? I am totally clueless:

Yes, I can confirm this problem can be reproduced as I got the exact same error. I'm running Windows 2003 R2 SP2, SQL 2005 and Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.832; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.832. My connect string looks like:
