I am upgrading from 4.3.3 to 4.7.0, after i build my deployment project (I use the web deployment project), i found the login moudle won't show up, after some investigate, i foudn it is because i set my deployment project as "merage each individul folder into own assembly", so /admin/authentication/login.ascx and /desktopmodule/authenticationservice/DNN/Login.ascx" will be in different dll but the namespace are same, so when load /admin/authentication/login.ascx will have problem, because in the same name space there two class are called login, i changed the namespace of latter one (/desktopmodule/authenticationservice/DNN/Login.ascx) to DotNetNuke.Modules.Authentication.Login (without "admin"), everything works fine then.  Anyone have gotten the same issue as me?

At the moment DNN does not support being precompiled, as this will cause major issues with the localization files. It is advisable to run DNN just the way you downloaded it

I agree with the above post, I would NOT try to pre-compile DNN as it will almost guaranteedly cause you more problems down the road..
