Hi

I have been given all this information from my web host.  Where does this information go within the web config?

Example ASP Code using SQL OLE DB:

' SQL OLE DB connection string using DBO login
strConnString = "Provider=sqloledb; Network Library=DBMSSOCN; Data Source=wic009q.server-sql.com\SQL4,4659; Initial

Catalog=xxxxx_1; User ID=xxxxxxx_dbo; Password=xxxxxxxx;"
' SQL OLE DB connection string using Normal login
strConnString = "Provider=sqloledb; Network Library=DBMSSOCN; Data Source=wic009q.server-sql.com\SQL4,4659; Initial

Catalog=xxxxx_1; User ID=xxxxxxx_1; Password=xxxxxx;"

Set DbConn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
DbConn.open(strConnString)
' Insert Query/Output code here
DbConn.close
set DbConn = nothing

Thanks in advance

line 21 ff should look like this:

< connectionStrings >
   < add name ="SiteSqlServer" connectionString="Data Source=wic009q.server-sql.com\SQL4,4659; Initial Catalog=xxxxx_1; User ID=xxxxxxx_1; Password=xxxxxx" ProviderName="System.Data.SqlClient" / >
< /connection Strings >
< appSettings >
   < add key="SiteSqlServer" value="Data Source=wic009q.server-sql.com\SQL4,4659; Initial Catalog=xxxxx_1; User ID=xxxxxxx_1; Password=xxxxxx"  / >
  < add key="InstallTemplate" ....

Omit spaces after < inserted for the editor here.
