I'm using DNN 4.7 and don't seem to have the radio button for adding an existing module. I have the add, edit, copy, delete, etc,,, icons. I also have the dropdown to add all the standard modules.

This is my first 4.x site with dnn so I'm not even sure where on the page it should be.

Any suggestions?

I have ICONBAR set for control panel. What I see id a radio button with a zero(0) and radio button with a one (1). The zero is the default in teh control panel.

I just checked the one (1) radio button and the existing pages and modules were available. It does not say anything other than zero and one.

it looks like there is an issue with your language pack, does it happen in en-US as well?
