Hi All,

I just moving my web site from development into production server, it seems the migration has a little problem some module cannot be load prefectly like document module and repository module show errors " A critical error has occurred. Access to the path 'd:\inetpub\wwwroot\DotNetNuke\Portals\0\Repository' is denied. ", this is first error i realized and then when i'm trying to add new module, create new links in module link, and other stuff relating to module, it show error "An Error has occured" when i checked in event viewer it show :

does any know how to solved this 2 problems, any help will be apriciated.

Milo,

Can you double check that the appropriate user account has write access to the c:\inetpub\wwwroot\DotNetNuke folder? If you are running windows server 2003 it is the Network Service account.

Hi Ian,

 

Thank for hiting me back, well... i have asured to the administrator at my web hosting company that they already give a full control to NETWORK SERVICE account at the folder DotNetNuke, is this problem with the uncompleted table or store procedure at DNN database during backup and migration into real live environment?can i can't do anything with the web, i cannot add module or even edit and delete them. please hit me back. thanks
