Hi,

I just installed DNN and i'm pretty new here. However, DNN brings the function to print the content of a module. (The button on the bottom of each module)

So my question: Is it possible to add a copyright or my logo to the printable version of a module.

How could i do this?

Thanks
Mike

use free TemplatePrint skin object from dnnjungle.vmasanas.net

Hi, thanks for your hint.

I downloaded TemplatePrint 03.00.02 and installed it in the module-adminsection.

"To define a print template you need to create a skin for the page and a container for the module."
-> Got it

"So, once you have a skin and a container for printing all you need to do is create a new container and use the token [TEMPLATEPRINT] instead of the default  [PRINTMODULE]."
Where can i change this? Where can i define, which skin i want to use for printing?

Thanke for help,
Mike

you need to edit your currently used skin, either by editing html source as described and upload skin, or by replacing "<dnn:print>" with "<dnn:templateprint>" directly in the ascx file, there should be a description for this as well. You might also have a look into the skinning guide (contained in the documentation package, available for your DNN version) for further reference.

Hi

Ok I created a new container using templateprint. I've set the token in the container's xml-file. In the tokensetting of [TEMPLATEPRINT] I defined the printskin and the printcontainer I want to use.

I uploaded the skin+container and the container with the modified print token.

I see my own printlogo, the token should work, but if i click on it, the module won't load in my print skin.

Does anyone have more experience with this printtemplate stuff?
