When I tried to add a wiki to a page for the first time, I saw an error message that the wiki_settings table is missing. Since then I've tried to remove the module and install the latest version, but the installation has problems-- pretty much a lot of errors stating "Invalid object name 'DNNWebUser.sysobjects'" and then of course that the Wiki_Settings table is missing. The other wiki-related tables seem to be in place correctly.  I'm running DNN 4.6.

There was a bug in the 04.00.01 release when a site was using a different databaseOwner than the default of DBO in the web.config

Your best bet will be to grab the beta of the 04.01.00 release that I posted in this thread
