Add a Documents module to each page using the control panel (at the top of the page, when logged in as host or admin). After it's been added, go to the module settings page in the action menu and change view access to only be for the roles you want to see it.

Obviously, you'll have to go to Admin > Security Roles first to add the roles you need.

hi,

how to make changes to the Docuemnt Module so it only display some documents based on the login user(role).

How to begin in general? I only know how to build a Guest Book from: http://www.adefwebserver.com/DotNetNukeHELP/DNN_Module4/Default.htm

Thanks for the help.

That isn't possible with the current Documents module. You'll have to have a module for each role. Users who don't have view access based on the role, won't see the ones they don't have access to.
