In the Host>Lists configuration page I accidentally deleted a list.   Anyone know how to restore a list?   Cant see it in the recycle bin and I tried to re-install the module it originally came from but the list did not reappear.

As I knew the name of the list anyway I thought I would manually recreate it but when I click on "Add List" I get a critical error saying "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."   Seems a little odd for what should be a basic function.

I am using version 4.06.02.
