I install the module and create the blog to test it, but I cannot post comment to the blog.  I did check the permission I though nothing wrong wtih it.  I'm very new to DNN.  Please help

When you first add a blog to a page, one of the several modules it uses has a link labeled something like "Add New Blog".  This link will also be available in the Action Menu of one or more of these modules.

After you click on that link, you will need to enter the settings you want for your Blog.  When these settings are filled, click the Update link at the bottom of the page.  Then, you will then have a link to "Add Blog Entry" where the "Add New Blog" link was before.

No problem.  This process and its limitations are not immediately apparent in this blog module.
