Sorry, I just don't get it and can't find the answer...

I just install DNN for the first time.  (4.0.2 w/ VS05 and SQL Server 2000)  I create a new web project as a file system project.  I coped and renamed the release.config to the web.config and put in my SQL connect string.

I press F5 to launch and I keep getting to the Default.aspx page with all the module section have a red caution exclamation and red letters saying: "An Error has Occurred."

I thought I had to get to a configuration screen or a new portal creation page before I got to this error page.  I haven't created a user or logged into the site yet.

Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

I keep answering my own questions, but it's getting harder to do...  Here is how I corrected this problem:

Normally with ASP.NET 2.0 you don't need to setup any special permission if you create a new website using the new File System option.  This is not the case with creating new DNN sites from what I've found.  In order to get past the error above I had to manually set permissions to the localPC\ASPNET account to have full control over the directories where the new DNN site was created.  After this change, the site is working.

I must be the only one using the File System instead of IIS for websites.

I have the same error message, but permissions hasn't fixed it for me.
