Eileen,

I believe you should be able to set the height and width to a specific number of pixels and acheive the results you desire.

Here is an example of assigning those properties to a DIV element using CSS:

<STYLE TYPE="text/css">
.fixed {   height: 80px;
  width: 400px;
  border: solid black 3px;
  background-color: orange;
  text-align: center }
</STYLE>

<DIV CLASS="fixed">80 pixels by 200 pixel Box</DIV>
