Upgraded from 4.04 to 4.08. All modules are throwing an exception like the following:

Error: Welcome is currently unavailable.

Absolutely right. Fo anybody monitoring this post, here's a good place to help you figure out where to modifiy your web.config file. Pertty much lays it all out.
