Our organization is in the process of investigating the possibility of hosting a module on our site capable of handling event registrations.  To preface, we currently handle all registrations through a third party website for a flat monthly fee, plus a charge per registrant transaction.  We are interested in minimizing costs and bringing this process in-house through DNN, but at the same time, maintaining many of the same functionalities that we currently have.  Here are some of our current capabilities we are ideally looking for:

- Registrants can sign up for free and/or paid events.
- Registration for paid events can be done via credit card.
- System sends out registration confirmation and event reminder e-mails.
- Offers the ability to give group volume discounts or promotional codes for discounted sign-up.
- Registrant and event reporting.

I found a product called EventReg at SnowCovered which I am looking into, but would welcome some additional options.  Does anyone know of any events registration modules that may help cover most (if not all) of these areas?

Thanks!

Dan, have you looked into the functionality in catalook? I understand it has the ability to do renting and booking... May be worth a look (cata) :-0

It looks like the DotNetNuke core "Events" module has much of what we are looking for, but unfortunately, does not support "anonymous registrations", which is a necessary feature for us...
