DNN v. 4.07

I upgraded to Announcemets 4.0 and encountered the "No [EDIT] Token..." noticed which I ended up resolving quickly after the suggestions in this forum.

The only thing that doesn't seem right is that even though I do not have the announcement linked to something it still displays the "read more..." link.  Any ideas as to why it is not removing the "read more ..." when nothing is linked.

Here is my Item Template:

<table><tr><td>[IMAGESOURCE]</td><td valign="top"><span class="SubHead">[EDIT][TITLE] - [PUBLISHDATE]</span><hr width="100%" size="2" /><div class="Normal DNN_ANN_Description">[DESCRIPTION]&nbsp;<a href="[URL]" target="[NEWWINDOW]">[MORE]</a></div><br></td></tr></table>

Thanks in advance

Please use the new [READMORE] token. Due to changes in the template enging, it is no longer possible to hide a complex construct like <a href="[URL]" target="[NEWWINDOW]">[MORE]</a>. The new [READMORE] token builds a complete read more link, and hides it when there is no link available

Is this already added to Gemini for a fix in the next release?   This should be the default template.

The latest version of Announcements has the ability to reset the display template.
